How do I place an order with Jones Twine & Net Wrap?

What are my shipping costs & payment options?

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of 3 or more pallets!  If you place a small, broken down order, Jones Twine may ask you to pay part or all of the freight cost.

 

After you place your order, we'll mail or email an invoice to you, depending upon your preference. You're welcome to send us a return check in the mail, or call in to pay via any major credit card. Please be aware that there is a 3% processing fee for credit card payments.

How do I take advantage of prepaid discounts on twine, silage wrap, and net wrap?



Jones Twine & Net Wrap offers pre-season, prepaid discounts of up to 9% for November and December orders.  Call 1-833-429-2253 for more details.

What are my delivery options?



Jones Twine has multiple trucks that go all over our 6-state territory each week.  We'll deliver your product straight to you within 1-14 days of your order. If you live outside our current delivery zone, we'll send your shipment via LTL carrier.

Does Jones Twine carry my favorite hay baling product?



Jones Twine carries a vast assortment of hay baling essentials. If you or your customer need a product we don't currently stock, we are usually able to get it for you. Please give us a call at 1-833-HAY-BALE if you have a question about the availability of a particular hay baling product.

What is your Refunds & Returns Policy?



At Jones Twine & Net Wrap, customer service is number one! If you have any issue with a product you received from us, please call us and let us know. We'll gladly replace it or give you a 100% refund for any defective product. We do ask that you return any product that you believe is defective.
