How Do I Place An Order?

To make sure our customers are given the best possible price for their area, all you have to do to order is call 1-833-429-2253 and one of our knowledgeable sales representatives will guide you through your area's product variety and pricing—from there they'll build you a custom quote!

What Are My Shipping Costs & Payment Options?

Freight charges vary.

After your order is placed, we'll send your invoice however is most convenient for you whether mail or email. Then you're welcome to send us a return check in the mail, or call us to pay using any major credit card. If you choose a card, there will be a 3% processing fee.

How Do I Take Advantage of Prepaid Discounts?

We offer pre-season, prepaid discounts of up to 9% for November and December orders. For more details on this program give us a call at 1-833-429-2253 and we'd be happy to discuss it with you.

What Are My Delivery Options?

Jones Twine has multiple trucks that drive throughout our 6-state territory every week. We'll deliver your product directly to you within 1-14 days of your order, and if you live outside of our current delivery zone we'll send your order via LTL carrier.

Don't See Your Favorite Product?

While we carry a vast assortment of crop packaging essentials, we can't keep everything on hand. If you or your customer are looking for a product that we don't currently stock, we are generally able to get it for you. What is Your Refunds & Returns Policy?

We mean it when we say that customer service is our number one concern. If you have any issues with a product you've received from us just give us a call and let us know! We'll gladly replace it or give you a 100% refund for any defective product. All we ask is that you return any product that you believe is defective!
